In most cases, you should call your Aloha Insurance agent or account manager to discuss the claim as soon as possible. Several types of claims can be filed directly with your insurance carrier and we have some information to make it a little easier. If you do file your claim directly with your carrier, please remember that we are always here to assist you if you need us to get involved. Claims can be a stressful situation for anyone, and our goal is to make the process as simple and stress free as possible.

Business Insurance Claims

Call your Aloha Insurance agent or account manager to discuss any accidents or claims or known incidents as soon as possible.

If you have a property claim, be sure to do everything you can to limit the damages before calling us. Once an adjuster has been assigned, you'll be dealing directly with them but you can still call on us anytime if you need our assistance.

Personal Auto Claims

Call your Aloha Insurance agent as soon as possible. We'll need to know date of your loss, information about involved drivers, information about the vehicles involved, estimated damages, any injuries that may have occured, details of the accident, and whether or not the police were involved.

First Insurance Company of Hawaii Personal Auto Insurance Claims

If your personal auto carrier is First Insurance, you can contact them directly. They will provide you with detailed instructions to file your claim.

Drive Insurance from Progressive Personal Auto Insurance Claims

Report all Drive Insurance from Progressive Personal Auto Insurance Claims directly by calling 1-800-925-2886.

Temporary Disability Claims

Call your carrier directly and ask for the Temporary Disability claims department. They will be able to provide you with detailed instructions to file your claim.
